Our Team
K&H was founded by Hannes Haberl and Maximilian Kerk, both bringing extensive experience from the Deals practice of a leading global professional services firm. Their combined expertise in Data Analytics, Financial Modelling, Valuation, and Transaction Advisory forms the foundation of our integrated and high-quality advisory approach.
Hannes Haberl
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Hannes Haberl has more than seven years experience in transaction and valuation advisory at PwC Deals. He worked on a wide range of national and international projects, covering a broad spectrum of clients and a variety of engagement types. His experience includes valuation services (incl. FP&A and financial modelling) and financial reporting (e.g. impairment testing) for established corporations as well as startups. While at PwC he and Max Kerk were one of the leading drivers of the Munich Data & Analytics Initiative, covering Big Data and AI topics.
He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance of Leopold-Franzen University Innsbruck with focus on corporate finace and business valuations and a Bachelor’s degree in information-oriented Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
Maximilian Kerk, CFA
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Maximilian Kerk has more than seven years of experience in transaction advisory at PwC Deals. He worked on numerous national and international transactions across a wide range of clients, advising on Financial Due Diligence, strategic decision-making, and M&A related valuations, including engagements for private equity investors and corporates. While at PwC he and Hannes Haberl were one of the leading drivers of the Munich Data & Analytics Initiative, covering Big Data and AI topics.
He is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich with a major in Finance, combining a strong financial backgroundwith a solid understanding of industrial and technical business models.
